Youu may not immediately bond with your bab

Breastfeeding may not be possible

According to a study by the autonomous university of barcelona, pregnant women’s brains undergo long-lasting changes to prepare them for motherhood. these changes increase your responsiveness and create specific side effects, such as forgetfulness and emotional outbursts. so, you’re not alone if you can’t remember where you parked your car or what you had for breakfast
You no longer know who you are.
Your life changes when you become a mom, and you are no longer free to do whatever you want. being a mom means immersing yourself in everything about your baby, which suddenly becomes your life’s focus, and you may end up feeling lost and have no idea who you are anymore. a positive change could be all you need to get back on track to finding yourself
